Planet Bake operates an e-commerce platform selling our own branded consumer packaged goods (CPG) — namely, baked donuts — directly to customers. This Site is not a marketplace; all products are manufactured and sold by Planet Bake.

4. Shipping, Fulfillment & Returns

We ship our products using third-party logistics providers, carriers, and fulfillment centers. Shipping timeframes and delivery estimates are provided during checkout, but are not guaranteed.

Due to the nature of our perishable products, we do not accept returns unless a product is defective or damaged in transit. Please contact us at contact@planet-bake.com within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
