Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)


Shipping Policies

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 48 hours and typically ship the next business day around 3 PM, it takes until the late evening to see tracking details pop up on the carrier website.

Delivery Time
Shipping takes 1–4 business days depending on your location. For events or special occasions, order at least 2 days ahead.

Carriers
We ship with UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Deliveries occur between 8 AM–11 PM. We can’t guarantee exact times.

Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully. Changes after shipping cost $19 and will delay your order.

P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 


Order Pickup

We currently do not offer local pickups.
Our products are available online and in select stores, please check our Store Locator page to find them near you.


International Shipping

We ship only within the U.S., including Hawaii, some islands may be excluded but we will do our best to accommodate these orders if not with Fedex with USPS.


Order Packaging

Each donut is individually sealed for freshness and safety.
Your order is packed in a case box inside a standard shipping box.


Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Didn’t get one? Reach out and we’ll help.


Order Issues

Thawed Products
Donuts may arrive at room temperature and hat’s totally fine. Just refrigerate upon arrival.
Want to keep frosting perfect at all cost? Choose UPS overnight shipping for additional charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Email us with a clear photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right.


Returns and Cancellations

All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us for support.
Need to cancel? Email us within 30 minutes of ordering.


Product Storage & Shelf Life

Store in the fridge for up to 180+ days or freeze for up to 18 months. This time might change based on the product shelf life. Please always check the best by date on each donut unit.
Donuts are best enjoyed at room temperature or heated up on stove or microwave for 15 seconds.
Avoid leaving them in direct heat or sunlight as chocolate frosting will melt.


Ingredients & Dietary Info

All our donuts are:
- Plant-based (vegan)
- Gluten-free
- No added sugar (sweetened with allulose)
-  Free from dairy and eggs
- Preservative-free

Allergen note: Our donuts may contain tree nuts (Almonds).


Gifting

Yes! You can ship donuts directly to someone as a gift.
We do not include messages, please let the recipient know its coming from you and when to expect the package.


Subscriptions 

Manage your subscription anytime through your account dashboard: skip, pause, or cancel with no hassle. Contact us and we can help make any changes to your subscription. 

To be able to edit a subscription you must have created an account and not just a "guest account". Make sure to have the email with your subscription connected to the right email, and you can create your account later as well with that same email to make any edits.
