Planet Bake was born out of my love for donuts and my mission to make indulgence truly good for you. Growing up in Germany with an American father, donuts were more than just a treat, they were part of my childhood, connecting me to America.
When the pandemic hit, I craved that same comfort but could not find a donut that was plant based, sugar free, and clean. So I started baking in my kitchen, reimagining the classic. After countless trials, I created a donut that fuels your body, stabilizes blood sugar, and still delivers that nostalgic joy.
What started as a kitchen experiment quickly became a purpose. With chronic diseases, diabetes, and sugar related health issues on the rise, I knew there had to be a better way. Planet Bake is more than a donut. It is a stand for wellness, joy, and a future where indulgence does not come with compromise.

What is Allulose?
We believe in sweet experiences without compromise.
That’s why we choose allulose (a natural “rare sugar”) instead of traditional sugar or sugar alcohols. It’s a simple sugar (monosaccharide), but it’s distinct in how your body handles it. Unlike table sugar (sucrose), allulose you eat is not metabolized. Because it isn’t used as fuel, it has very few calories (almost zero) and no effect on blood sugar.
What You Can Expect When You Taste Something Sweetened with Allulose
Allulose tastes almost exactly like sugar, but less sweet and offers a clean, natural sweetness without any weird or heavy aftertaste. You won’t experience the usual sugar crash. It’s also easy on the stomach. Most people digest allulose well, though like with any sweetener, having too much at once may cause some discomfort.
