Planet Bake was founded with the express purpose of making desserts far healthier and more lifestyle conscious without sacrificing taste, texture, and quality. We hope to play a role in helping to counteract alarming trends in diabetes rates, obesity, and other chronic health issues with healthy products that are sugar-free, plant based, gluten free, and environmentally friendly.
Planet Bake dessert products are made using high quality natural ingredients, and are egg-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, organic, keto-friendly, paleo-friendly, and non-GMO. We do not use artificial sweeteners like aspartame, or sugar alcohols, or sweeteners that leave a bitter aftertaste such as stevia, or monk fruit. We also avoid all gums, artificial fillers, binders, colors and flavors in our products.

Planet Bake emerged during the unprecedented times of the 2020 pandemic, when founder Kathrin faced a daunting challenge: the sudden unavailability of sugary treats and unhealthy indulgences. As fitness studios and gyms closed their doors throughout New York City, the world seemed to stand still. But Kathrin refused to succumb to the limitations of the moment; instead, she embarked on a remarkable journey of reinvention.
Driven by a passion for promoting health and well-being, Kathrin set out to transform the world of desserts, offering delectable creations that would genuinely support our bodies. Embracing a vegan, healthy, and low-carb approach, she delved into the art of baking within the confines of her own kitchen. Despite her limited prior baking experience, Kathrin embraced the challenge wholeheartedly, determined to create something extraordinary.
