We hope to play a role in helping to counteract alarming trends in diabetes rates, obesity, and other chronic health issues with a product that has way less saturated fat than other sweet snacks on the market. Our donuts are sugar-free, plant-based, gluten-free soy-free, kosher certified, low in sodium, low in saturated fats, low in calories and have low net-carbs.

Planet Bake dessert products are made using high quality natural ingredients, and are egg-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, organic, keto-friendly, paleo-friendly, and non-GMO. We do not use artificial sweeteners like aspartame, or sugar alcohols. We also avoid all gums, artificial fillers, binders, colors and flavors in our products.

Planet Bake emerged during the unprecedented times of the 2020 pandemic, when founder Kathrin faced a daunting challenge: the sudden need for desserts and snacks that are both sugar-free and vegan. As fitness studios and gyms closed their doors throughout New York City, the world seemed to stand still.
