What is Allulose?
We believe in sweet experiences without compromise.
That’s why we choose allulose (a natural “rare sugar”) instead of traditional sugar or sugar alcohols. It’s a simple sugar (monosaccharide), but it’s distinct in how your body handles it. Unlike table sugar (sucrose), allulose you eat is not metabolized. Because it isn’t used as fuel, it has very few calories (almost zero) and no effect on blood sugar.
What You Can Expect When You Taste Something Sweetened with Allulose
Allulose tastes almost exactly like sugar, but less sweet and offers a clean, natural sweetness without any weird or heavy aftertaste. You won’t experience the usual sugar crash. It’s also easy on the stomach. Most people digest allulose well, though like with any sweetener, having too much at once may cause some discomfort.
