Ingredients for the cake:
- 1 1/3 cup dairy-free milk (room temp.)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2.5 cup all purpose flour (320g)
- 1 tbsp soy flour or cornstarch
- 1 1/3 cup sugar (270g or less)
- 3/4 cup cacao powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch salt
- 2/3 coconut oil (liquid)
- 3/4 cup apple sauce unsweetened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coffee or sub with non dairy-milk
Frosting:
- 2 cups vegan cream cheese
- 8 tbsp creamy peanut butter or more to taste
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Ganache:
- 4.5 oz vegan dark chocolate
- 5 tbsp dairy-free milk
- Peanuts for topping
